The philosophy behind Cyber Snoop is to give parents and teachers the capability to supervise their children’s Internet activity. The responsibility of defining and correcting abuses is left with the parent or educator. Pearl Software’s approach has since become the cornerstone of the White House’s position on appropriate measures to protecting children that access the Internet. You should be weary of any product that claims it can purify the Internet.

Solution:
In order to ensure that we do not distribute our list to minors, we only supply it when the software is purchased with a valid credit card.
