Background
Cyber Snoop blocks network access whenever it detects that security files have been altered. You should not uninstall Cyber Snoop 3.0 manually.

Solution:

1. From the taskbar, click on Start and select Settings.
2. Select Control Panel.
3. Open the Add/Remove Programs applet.
4. From the Install/Uninstall tab, click on CS40.
5. Click the Add/Remove button.
6. Proceed as Instructed.
