Solution:
To run the Pearl Echo Report Manager on a machine other than your Pearl Echo server, you can install the Pearl Echo server software on the desired (target) machine. There is no need to turn monitoring ON on the target machine. When you run the Pearl Echo Report Manager on the target machine, the data source that you define in a report should be the file "echo.log" found on your Pearl Echo server in the Pearl Echo program directory.

Users can also report against archived data by specifying on the target workstation the server directory that contains the Pearl Echo archived data.
