If you have questions, need help installing your software or require a product patch, please visit the Pearl Software online Knowledge Base to search the library of answers to the most common technical issues.

Submit Issue
If your issue can not be found in the online product support pages, you can create a support incident online. This option is provided at no charge for evaluation software, within 30 days of your product purchase or with an available incident as part of your current Pearl Software Maintenance Agreement.

Request a Feature
If you would like to request a new feature or function for a Pearl Software product, you can e-mail your request to the Pearl Software Development Team. Pearl Software maintains a leading position in our industry by constantly enhancing our products based on end-user needs.

If your issue can not be found in the online product support pages, please call 800-732-7596 or Skype Pearl Sales! and have your product serial number available. Telephone technical support is available at no charge for evaluation software, within 30 days of your product purchase or with an available incident as part of your current Pearl Software Maintenance Agreement. Additional support can be purchased from Pearl Software. Telephone technical support is available weekdays 8:30 am through 6:00 pm, EST. and 8:30 am through 9:00 pm, EST. on Wednesdays.
