Echo•Filters is Pearl Software’s proprietary URL filtering database. The Echo•Filters Web category plug-in is typically sold as a separate module that compliments Pearl Software’s Employee Internet Management products. The Echo•Filters module allows administrators to set specific access rules to Web pages based on the pages’ categorized content. Updates to the Echo•Filters database are done four times an hour as our proprietary search algorithms scour over 1.6 terabytes of Web content each month looking for inappropriate or harmful content.
