Pearl Echo Version 10.0 includes performance enhancements, additional protocol support and expanded time controls. Also included in this upgrade are new bandwidth controls, application controls, pattern keyword controls and expanded download blocking options. A full list of version features can be found here.
Version 10.0 is considered a major release and requires an upgrade to previous versions. This upgrade is free of charge to customers with a current Maintenance and Support Agreement. New serial numbers and upgrade instructions are automatically e-mailed to customers during the month of April. Please contact Pearl Software Sales if you have not received your new serial number and upgrade instructions by the end of May.
