Update Instructions:
Pearl Echo Service Updates are accomplished by running the applicable product patch on your managed workstations and Pearl Echo server. Pearl Echo Workstation and Server applications do not need to be removed or reconfigured when installing Pearl Echo Service Updates.

1. Click below to download the applicable Pearl Echo Workstation Update and the Server Service Update.
2. From the Pearl Echo Security menu, turn monitoring OFF. Close all applications and utilities running on your machines.
3. Run the Workstation Service Update on your workstations.*
4. Run the Server Service Update on your Pearl Echo server.**

* Operation requires workstation reboot. Configuration settings are not altered by Service Update.
** Pearl Echo monitoring should be off when installing the Pearl Echo Server Update. Service Update may prompt for original product media.
